His Perfect Works

My Child,

How awesome is it to know that the God who loves and protects you is flawless?  You are under the care of the most capable and valient knight in shining armor.  Talk about peace and tranquility! He has is all figured out, and you are the focus of His desire.  

HIS WORKS ARE PERFECT! What does this mean? Think about his actions, deeds,plans, creation, and word.
Everything that he allows into existance and into motion is perfect.  Like what?    Like sacrificing His son for our sins, putting you in traffic when you are late, your opening the bible to His personal word for you, words planted as seed in the ear of a stranger, the rain on your picnic, crossing paths with an old friend or.....you made in His image!


Somehow, every single solitary thing in our lives are His perfect works which intricately weave into a final result of works that are everlasting and extraordinarily incomprehensible. It is the original work of art, supreme, sovereign, never to be matched. Simply put, there is a reason for everything.


He is so perfect that it is beyond our earthly understanding of perfection, beyond the boundries of our imagination!
So, whoever you are, wherever you are, and whenever you are, whether is makes sense to you or not, is all part of this flawlessly woven tapestry......His perfect works.


Really, you have no choice in the matter. Remember Jonah and the whale? Although Jonah ignored the Lord's instruction, God put Jonah when and where he wanted him by the stomach of the whale. Even that was perfect because the people God sent him to speak to, worshipped whales! Talk about finding favor with people! Talk about making a path before you!  So to avoid whale riding, don't fight it....as they say, "just let go and let God." And stop mulling over decisions and events to the point of confusion......He's got it under control, and He knows what steps you are going to take before you take Him. He makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Trust that your knight in shining armor has prepared a way for you.


The word "perfect" in Hebrew is transliterated to mean complete, whole, entire, sound.


GUES WHAT!  YOU are complete, whole, entire, and sound ... and so is everything on the way.
